January 2008 second-gen update for the HD-A20. Part of the same 2.8 wave as HD-A2 / HD-XA2.

Update safety
- Do not interrupt power during the update (~25 minutes).
- Use only the matching model / region build.
- Burn the ISO at a slow speed (e.g. 4×) as a disc image, not as data files.
