Checkout now working with Chrome Torch and Firefox

It was bought to our attention that attempting to check out in chrome, torch and fire fox was leading people to an empty basket! This error was caused by the tiniest glitch that internet explorer understood was a mistake and ignored, while chrome attempted to run it.
Thank you for bringing the error to our attention.
This should also resolve the issue with some peoples orders not being confirmed.
If you are still having issues adding things to the basket or checking out, simply click the home button on the left of the navigation menu, this should resolve the problem.
If you have found any other problems with the site let us know in a support ticket and we will en devour to fix them.

Its definitely been a Crazy busy week, since the restructure we have been doing alot to try to offer more than ever and deliver it!

In our commitment to offer the best customer service and support for HDDVD possible, we are continuing to upload all the firmware and software humanly possible for free downloads and offer continuing support for what is sadly considered "outdated technology". For those of us who love it we will hold on to the last.
We have just successfully finished adding the firmware repository for the HD-XA2 HDDVD-Player, we have every version from 1.3 to 4.0. Most people are simply looking for the HD-XA2 firmware version 4.0 so im glad to say the search is over. All you have to do is head to Downloads v2.0 to get your file for free. So announcements. The first update of the day. We now have all the firmware from version 1.3 - 4.0 for the Toshiba HD-EP35. Just alike all the others its a free download. Just navigate to Downloads V2 to download the version you are looking for. I'm sure like many people you ended up here searching for version 4 of the HD-EP35 firmware since Toshiba discontinued support. Well the search is over! Just so you know we will be hosting firmware until the day we close, which we hope to be never!

Well this update is a little bit of good news and bad news. The good news is we now have the latest version of the Firmware for the Toshiba HD-XA1 (The Toshiba HD-XA1 Firmware Version 4.0). So you can have all the latest updates, bug fixes and features on your HD-XA1.
The bad news is if at the moment you are looking for an earlier version of the firmware or are looking to go region free on your player we do not yet have those files, but we thought we would get these out there for you now for all the people who are desperate for the bug fix. Keep watching and we will keep you posted with any additional firmware we find for this player.

OK so this is the last update today. There has been allot of progress. Over 20 Firmware files were uploaded and made available for users to download for free. Or bandwidth isn't free sadly so try to download responsibly HDDVD-Revived is by majority a project of passion not profit. We do it for our love of a format that we don't want to see abandoned, and we dont think any of the 11 Million (Including CBHD Users) people who bought players should be left abandoned we are a community who deserves support so we will support each other!
To that end we are extending support as you well know we have been producing our HDDVDs as HDDVD9 or DVD3X as its sometimes called to try to maximise compatibility, to that end we have released a number of updates that allow people to watch our discs on their PC or Media center even if they dont have HDDVD players, so thats extended the number of people who can get on the HDDVD Bandwagon to about 4 Billion. (Nifty aye, 4 billion people already have the hardware for HDDVD and dont even know it! And they say we lost the format war!)>
But today has a very personal win we have found and made available on our site every version of the firmware for the Toshiba HD-EP30 HDDVD Drive from version 1.3 - 4.0, this is a special victory as it was searching for the firmware for my own EP-30 that led to us looking for all the HDDVD firmware. It also led us to custom firmware and programmers who might be able to help us create custom firmware for bug fixes for users in the future. To that end if you have any bug fixes to report please open a support ticket telling us what hardware you are using as well as your firmware version and whatever the issue may be if its not an issue but a feature request put that in there to. No promises but we will try.
But if your one off the many people who have landed here looking for Firmware version 4.0 of the Toshiba HDDVD HD-EP30 firmware updates. You will find it amongst the others i n the Downloads 2.0 section of the site. Its a free download but you must be logged in to download it.

Well its been another busy day to add to our busy week. With night of the living Dead 3D going up for sale on our ebay store (new arrivals expected on site for the 14/3/2014). The site had a major over haul, we have dropped the youtube channel, not because we don't think you should be able to watch our HD movies for free, but youtube didn't seem to. Everyday we received anywhere up to 20 Copyright claims from other youtube users who didn't seem to understand what the public domain was and that our digitally remastered versions were actually our property. Eventually we became sick of fighting, so we closed the channel, but its not permanent, its strategic we will be looking at hosting the files on a different video sharing site.
The we had the birth of downloads 2.0 Very juicy everything you could ever want HDDVD will be there, its members only but its free!
Today we finished adding the full repository for the Toshiba HD-EP10 HDDVD Player. You can now get all the original firmware from V2.5 to V4.0 free from downloads 2.0, you will need to sign in. But if you are looking for the Toshiba HD-EP10 Version 4.0 Firmware you can get it there free as well as all its predecessors.

As you well know HDDVD-revived is working hard to provide its members with everything a fan could every need to enjoy HDDVD. Recently we have begun building Downloads 2.0 which is to include a plethora of codecs Playback tools and every piece of firmware for every HDDVD Player ever made!
We have just completed uploading the Archive for the Toshiba HD-E1 HDDDVD Player so if this is the baby you have sitting on your TV rack we now offer ever version of the firmware from 2.5 to 4.0 (Toshiba original editions not patched or modified).
Modified versions with custom updates and bug fixes may be available in future as the people at HDDVD-revived are looking into creating fixes and adding codecs to the players, we will keep you informed of the progress of that project.
In the mean time enjoy the free firmware, you must be logged in to download but it is all free once you do!

As you all will know Toshiba have started to discontinue support for their HDDVD players on their websites. We have taken to the archives and have been gathering as much of the firmware and manuals as possible for all HDDVD players accross the Globe and have started to upload them to our website. you can find them for download in the "Downloads V2" section of our website.
All downloads are free, but you must login to download them. We currently have the Version 4.0 Firmware for all the USA and Canadian players. Firmware for the international players and older firmware will follow soon.
