This is a very old version of arcsoft that supports HDDVD playback. This download does not iclude a serial number and is here for archiving purposes only to allow people with a licence for version 3.0 or higher to reinstall 3.0 to play HDDVDs. Media Theatre only works in windows XP - 7 But not 8 or 10.
